🌹DIPLOMA IN SPOKEN HINDI - CORRESPONDENCE COURSE

1. Diploma in Spoken Hindi - (Correspondence Course) is conducted by Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, Madras (Declared by Parliament as An Institution of National Importance' by act 14 of 1964).

2. This is a Correspondence Course. This Course is open to all who want to learn Spoken Hindi.

3. Age limit - Above 15 years.

4. Medium of Instructions - Tamil/English.

5. Candidate has to mention medium opted clearly in the Online Application form.

6. Duration 4 Months (January to April, May to August, September to December) - Every Year.

🌹PAYMENT DETAILS:

7. Course Fee: Rs. 4000/- including Text Book, Assignment Booklet, Contact Programs (Online) and Examinations.

8. The fees has to be paid as follows for 

🍎January to April Course to be paid before December 15th 

🍎May to August Course to be paid before April 15th 

🍎September to December Course to be paid before August 15th

9. Fee once paid will neither be refunded nor be adjusted for any courses.

10.Interested Candidates are requested to fill up the form and pay the Fees through Online in our Website: www.dbhpscentralorg or remit the fees through cash in our Finance Department, DBHP Sabha, T.Nagar, Chennai.

🌹STUDY MATERIALS:

12. Text Book along with Assignment Booklets will be sent to the address given in the Application by Post:

1st set will be sent in the First week of starting of the Course.

2nd set will be sent in the First week of the Third month.

13. Text Books will have all relevant materials pertaining to Spoken Hindi - Basic Pronunciation, Words, Sentences, Situational Conversations and Classified Items etc.

14. Online Teaching Videos of each lesson will be sent privately to the mentioned e-mail id; Students can learn correct pronunciation from the Videos till batch duration.

🌹CONTACT PROGRAMS:

15. Four Online Contact Programs (Once in a Month) will be conducted during the Course.

16. These Programs will be held mostly on National Holidays or Sundays.

Timing: 4 Hours duration for each Contact Program.

17.Each Candidate will be given training to speak during the Contact Program. Lessons also will be explained in Contact Program.

18. Exercises are given at the end of each lesson, Candidates have to complete the exercises and send the written Assignment Booklet to DBHP Sabha, Madras as mentioned in the Book.

🌹ASSIGNMENT BOOKLET:

19.Assignment Booklet will be provided along with Text Books.

20.A Whatsapp Group will be created in which Students can send voice record of the lessons learnt The Trainer will listen to these voice records and send Feedback along with necessary instructions.

ONLINE EXAMINATION:

21.Examination will be conducted online at the end of the Course (Mostly on Sunday or National Holidays).

22.Total marks 100 (25 Marks for exercises in Assignment Booklet, 25 Marks for Attendance and for Contact Program, 50 Marks for Examination).

23.Pass Mark is 50 (Fifty).

24.Diploma Certificates will be issued to successful Candidates.

25.Roll number will be provided to each Candidate and it has to be mentioned in all Correspondence, Assignment Sheets etc.
